    RETURN SHIPPING The shipping

    of the item to be returned and the related costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    Just contact us via the contact form or write to info.  trendyeshops@gmail.com  by mentioning your order number.  If you wish to change the size of your item, we offer you two options:

    -Put the item back in stock;  After receiving and verifying your order, we will send you a new item in the desired size.  (The costs of returning the item are your responsibility, while we will take care of sending the new item).
    The returned product must be intact and sealed, as delivered.

    If you are not satisfied with the items received, you have two options:

    -Return the item to the warehouse;  after receiving and verifying the order, we will refund the amount spent on the purchase (the return costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded subsequently).
    The refund will take approximately 5-10 business days to appear in your account (depending on the payment method used at the time of purchase).
    The returned product must be intact and sealed, as delivered (it can only be worn to verify that the size is the desired one).
    If the product has been damaged or used no refund will be made.
    The package must be tightly closed and in the packaging in which the item was originally shipped.
    During the process, our team members may request additional information about your order.

    Refund Policy
    Our refund policy applies for a period of 14 days.  If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be refunded, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.  It must also be in its original packaging.

    To finalize your return, we need a sales receipt or proof of purchase.

    We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, except for items that have been damaged in transit.  To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.  It must also be in its original packaging.

    Order cancellation:

    If you wish to cancel your order, you have 24 hours to do so.  If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately info.trendyeshops@gmail.com or via our contact page.  After 24 hours we will no longer be able to cancel your order because it has already been shipped.

    Refunds for a canceled order will take 2 to 5 business days, depending on the payment method used.

    Refunds/Order Returns (if applicable):
    To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at info.trendyeshops@gmail.com with photos of the damaged items within 14 days of receipt of the products.  As soon as we receive the damaged item, we will send you a replacement item.  If no replacement item is available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

    Please contact us at info.trendyeshops@gmail.com or via our contact page so we can send you our return address.  Once we have inspected the item, we will refund you within 2-5 business days.

    Late or missing refunds:
    If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

    Next, contact your credit or debit card company.  It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

    Then contact your bank.  It often takes some processing time before your refund is posted.

    If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

    Lost or Stolen Packages:
    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered to the address specified for an order.  Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the specified address, delivery date, tracking information and courier information for the customer to verify.

    Exchange (if applicable):
    We only replace defective or damaged items.  Please contact us

    You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are not refundable.

    The time it takes to transport the replaced product to your home may vary depending on your location.

    You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
